Services
Feasibility
The first step is to work together to create a project brief. This will include discussing hopes for your home as well as practicalities and budget. The brief will help shape the initial designs and sketches.
Planning
Most projects will require planning permission with a full set of drawings submitted to your Local Planning Authority. Once you are completely happy with the design, Rheal will take your project through the planning process.
Technical
Rheal can offer a range of technical drawing packages, from building regulation packages to a fully detailed design package dependent on your requirements. We will work with all other consultants throughout the process.
On Site
This is where we start to see the design become a reality. Our level of service will fit around your specific project's requirements. From full Project Management to just being on hand whenever needed until completion.

Director & Chartered Architect
Having worked in architecture, design and planning practices for many years, Rhea has acquired significant expertise within the construction industry. Designing and detailing modest extensions through to large residential developments. Also, working on community buildings and even a GP's surgery. Rhea has a specific interest in residential homes and how people live, taking time to fully understand each individual client and project. This enables Rheal's designs to use spaces to their best potential, whilst exploring the opportunities and restraints of each site in order to create a bespoke design.

Hitting middle age now, George can usually be found taking a break from hard work in his comfy bed. Don't let him fool you though, he has always got one ear listening and of course, every visitor must be given the sniff test.
